Do I get a free sample with my order?
Always. Every order includes a complimentary Kyodo sample — our own house fragrance — slipped into your parcel as a little gift from us.
Do you offer perfume samples?
Yes. All of our fragrances are available as samples, so you can try a scent properly before committing to a full bottle. You'll find them under Perfume Samples, and our Discovery Sets let you explore several fragrances in one go.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free on all orders over CHF 80. For orders below that, standard shipping within Switzerland applies, and shipping to Germany costs up to CHF 18.00.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently deliver within Switzerland, Germany, and Liechtenstein. Delivery within Switzerland takes about 2–4 business days; deliveries to Germany can take up to 10 business days.
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept products that are unopened and undamaged. Please note that items bought at a reduced price in the sale are excluded from returns.

Yes — you're warmly welcome at our boutique, Süskind Perfumery, at Scheitergasse 10, 8001 Zürich. Our team is there for personal fragrance and skincare advice.
