Do you have a physical store?
Yes — you're warmly welcome at our boutique, Süskind Perfumery, at Scheitergasse 10, 8001 Zürich. Our team is there for personal fragrance and skincare advice.
What are your opening hours?
Tuesday to Friday, 12:00–18:30, and Saturday, 12:00–17:00. We're closed on Sunday and Monday.
Do you offer perfume samples?
Yes. Most of our fragrances are available as samples, so you can try a scent properly before committing to a full bottle. You'll find them under Perfume Samples, and our Discovery Sets let you explore several fragrances in one go.
Do I get a free sample with my order?
Always. Every order includes a complimentary Kyodo sample, our own house fragrance, slipped into your parcel as a little gift from us.
What is a discovery set?
A curated selection of sample vials that lets you experience several perfumes at home — the easiest way to find a scent you love before buying full size, and a lovely gift too.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently deliver within Switzerland, Germany, and Liechtenstein. Delivery within Switzerland takes about 2–4 business days; deliveries to Germany can take up to 10 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free on all orders over CHF 80. For orders below that, standard shipping within Switzerland applies, and shipping to Germany costs up to CHF 18.00.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Switzerland takes about 2–4 business days. Please note we don't ship on Mondays.

Yes — a Süskind gift card is a perfect present for anyone who loves fragrance or skincare. It's delivered by email and can be redeemed online.
