Collection: Shyamala Maisondieu

Shyamala Maisondieu, an internationally acclaimed perfumer, was born in Malaysia into a Malay and Indian family. Raised in a multicultural environment, she developed a unique perspective on the world, later influencing her work as a perfumer. Shyamala moved to London for her education, where her passion for fragrance would eventually emerge. While living in Hong Kong, she discovered her talent for creating scents and decided to pursue a career in perfumery. Shyamala studied at the prestigious Givaudan Perfumery School in Grasse and Argenteuil, where she met her future husband, fellow perfumer Antoine Maisondieu.

Upon joining Givaudan, Shyamala Maisondieu began working with several high-profile brands such as Etat Libre d'Orange, Tom Ford, and Lanvin. Her notable collaborations include the creation of Lancôme's Idôle, which showcased her creativity and global outlook in the world of fragrance. Throughout her career, Shyamala has established herself as an innovative and skilled perfumer with an impressive portfolio spanning diverse scents.
